5. Fees and payment terms

If Doqubox offers a paid service, the following conditions apply:

• Payment must be made according to the indicated payment methods.
• Any refunds are processed only in accordance with our refund policy.
• Late payment may result in suspension or termination of the service.

6. Subscription

The subscription for using Doqubox is:

• Adjustable monthly based on the account’s needs.
• Cancelable up to 7 days before the renewal date.
• Automatically extended by one month if not cancelled in time.
• Paid in advance for the subscription period.

7. Intellectual property

All content and technologies offered by Doqubox, including software, logos, and designs, are owned by Aer Software Solutions or its licensors. Users retain ownership of files they send, but grant Doqubox a limited license to process those files for providing the service.

8. Liability

We make every effort to keep the service secure and reliable, but:

• We cannot guarantee that the service will always function without errors.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our service.
• Use of our service is at your own risk.

9. Termination of the service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without prior notice.
• Remove accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms of service from time to time. The most recent version is always available on our website. Continued use of the service after changes means you agree to the updated terms.

11. Disputes and governing law

These terms of service are governed by Dutch law. Disputes arising from or related to these terms will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
